Changing priority from tickets view only changes the row's priority color but not the ticket priority
This ticket has High priority
Changing priority from quick menu has no effect over the ticket priority. Once done it still having High priority
Funny thing is that the priority colour for that row has changed.
Is it a bug? Or am I misssing something?

No, you aren't missing anything. Unfortunately this is a known issue and it will be fixed in a future release.
