Good day
I'm having issues with collaborators, I can't add them on a ticket, typing the first letters, the windows don't show the existing agent
already tried
- different browsers
- different PHP versions
- differents osticket version
please help

Are u using the ldap plugin? We hade simular problem like this and it was related to the lookup in the AD.
