Resolved Agent - Cannot change password

Dear support;

We have just update to the last version of osticket:

(osTicket v1.16.2 // osTicket-1.16.2-Awesome-101 PHP 8.0.18 // MySQL 10.5.15 // nginx/1.21.6 web server)

When an agent password has expired, the agent is not able to change the password, the buttons and web does not answer to the clics.

When we changed the language into english the system works fine; we have set up the system as spanish (spain).

Hi @aeromarine,

There is some mismatch with the Spanish language pack and osTicket 1.16.x.

This is not an osTicket Awesome issue.

I'm pretty sure what you are reporting is the same issue that another user noticed after switching to that language pack.

I also expect you'll find the same issue occurs if you use vanilla osTicket.

Hopefully the osTicket devs will recognize the issue and fix it soon. But you might decide to report it in the osTicket Forum, or on GitHub.
