My language is Portuguese, and it is properly set to Portuguese. But osticketAwesome mixes the words with the English language, as illustrated in the image above.
How do I get osTicketAwesome to work correctly in my language? I anticipate that without osTicketAwesome the language was fully functioning and would not mix with the English language.

I've reported the same issue in 2019. Apparently, it is a problem with OSTICKET itself.
