Two quick checks before posting: try clearing your browser cache, and press SHIFT+O on any Staff Panel page to enter Safe Mode (a stock osTicket with no enhancements). If the problem still shows in Safe Mode, it's in osTicket itself, not osTicket Awesome. But let us know about the issue either way.

I'm still working out a couple of snags with v1.15. No timeline yet, sorry. But if you're an existing customer you will be signed up to the newsletter (unless you've manually unsubscribed yourself). Therefore, you will be alerted as soon as it is ready.

Looking forward to the update. Installed osTicket 1.15, and boy it's ugly. Don't want to revert to 1.14, so I'll just be patient.
