Hi there, I'm trying to make some modification in the footer background following our branding color, but it doesn't seem to apply.
on browser inspection the css does not come up:
Already used a guest browser to make sure that no cache or browsing data history is involved.

Turns out it's css not updated because of browser cache, all solved
