Hi Stev,
I would like to frame a QR CODE to open support tickets. This QR Code should log me into the system and enter some data that are always the same in the ticket. After the user chooses the topic and continues to enter other data manually.
Do you think you can make a custom for me, how much does it cost?

You want it to log you in? Does that mean this is only for one customer?
Perhaps I am not understanding something. Why not simply have a QR Code that directs the user to https://<your installation>/open.php?
