Two quick checks before posting: try clearing your browser cache, and press SHIFT+O on any Staff Panel page to enter Safe Mode (a stock osTicket with no enhancements). If the problem still shows in Safe Mode, it's in osTicket itself, not osTicket Awesome. But let us know about the issue either way.

Quisiera saber cuando sacaran la version 1.12.4 y asi no tener que estar actualizando 2 veces, hoy me encuentro en 1.12.2.

Perdón Stevland, en OsTickets ya está disponible la versión 1.14.1, vos tenes fecha de lanzamiento de esa versión?
Estoy en la fase de prueba para un lanzamiento para 1.14.1. ¡Espero lanzarlo el lunes 2 de diciembre!
