Hello.
Please, is there any way to track or record the time spent by an agent on a request in osTicket ?

And is there also an option to make reports on this? So every mounth you know which customer/company has this amount of tickets and this total of minutes.

It looks dead in here. For me, it's basic functionality. So far we are solving it with Redmine Helpdesk plugin and OsTicket implementation is still delayed 🙁

Pity there is no response from the administrators, so there will be nice features in it that are useful for several people
