Two quick checks before posting: try clearing your browser cache, and press SHIFT+O on any Staff Panel page to enter Safe Mode (a stock osTicket with no enhancements). If the problem still shows in Safe Mode, it's in osTicket itself, not osTicket Awesome. But let us know about the issue either way.

My company has had an osTicket Awesome installation for a couple of years now and are very happy with it, both osTicket and the Awesome part as well.
We're looking for someone to continously help us with upgrades and server configs, mods etc. and also handle any crashes. Basically a support agreement. Does anyone know of a company that could offer either a support agreement on it's own or bundled with hosting?
The formal partner on osticket website is licensed per user which I hate and also doesn't support osTicketAwesome.
Nobody has any idea?
