Two quick checks before posting: try clearing your browser cache, and press SHIFT+O on any Staff Panel page to enter Safe Mode (a stock osTicket with no enhancements). If the problem still shows in Safe Mode, it's in osTicket itself, not osTicket Awesome. But let us know about the issue either way.

I can`t translate this part in Agent Ticket panel:

I try also add in: i18n language folder --> messages.mo.php - Not helped
can be missing some *.yaml file in language i18n folder?

This isn't an osTicket Awesome issue... it is an issue with osTicket itself.
And actually I reported this issue in 2019 and it is still open.
Please add your voice to that GitHub page to let the developers know this is important to you! And that way you'll also be notified when the issue is resolved. 😉
(When they fix the issue in osTicket the fix will automatically be included in the following osTicket Awesome release)
