Hi Easy2Begin,

Sorry for the delayed response.

But your issue has something to do with a mismatch between the Knowledgebase and the Attachments on the Filesystem plugin you are using.

This is not actually an osTicket Awesome issue.

As you can see, the issue also occurs in vanilla osTicket:

But the good news is, all you need to do is edit your Knowledgebase entries and upload your images again. Once you do so they will then be stored in the folder that you have configured in the Attachments on the Filesystem plugin and will display as expected.

The same is true for your PDF file. It will need to be uploaded again.

Thanks for your reply. But after the upgrade my .pdf attachments kan not be downloaded, even when I upload them again. The only thing that works is when you upload a zip file than you won't get the error.

The error is on the website:

Deze site is niet bereikbaar
https://support.easy2begin.nl/file.php?key=7hq6n8xzmkbh16yeoggw1n-c90q5sgie&expires=1653523200&signature=5c6cbda79b82c83104c40912c8a5f5f6d8c9eb0d&id=302 werkt even niet, of de pagina kan verhuisd zijn naar een nieuw webadres.

ERR_INVALID_RESPONSE

And through email:

You do understand that the issue has something to do with the Attachments on the Filesystem plugin, yes?

If I had a solution for you I would gladly offer it. But I don't know what the problem is, and it is beyond the support that I can offer for osTicket Awesome.

Make sure you've installed the latest version of the plugin (osTicket Awesome should have the latest version, unless you copied it from somewhere else).

Make sure you're running osTicket Awesome for osTicket 1.16.x make sure you're also running PHP 8.0.x and not PHP 8.1.x or anything higher.

If you're still having trouble I would suggest reporting your issue on the osTicket > Plugins Github page.

I hope this helps!

Ugh, now I'm starting to second guess myself.

This is definitely the latest version of the plugin.

Please download it and overwrite the copy that you have in include > plugins.

And let me know if it helps or not.
