Contacting them will do nothing - come on dude. Also, OsticketAWESOME is a theme! not Osticket.
@stevland: I'm very glad you'r ok, in this times, unfortunately we never know when we can get Covid, and I was worry.
@qcmadmin: The osTicket is from Enhancesoft as you refer in the footer of this website, but osTicket AWESOME Theme is from "Red e Technology" (Stevland), not from Enhancesoft.
But now @stevland is going to provide us with great updates and support as we have come to get used to.
