Two quick checks before posting: try clearing your browser cache, and press SHIFT+O on any Staff Panel page to enter Safe Mode (a stock osTicket with no enhancements). If the problem still shows in Safe Mode, it's in osTicket itself, not osTicket Awesome. But let us know about the issue either way.

Hi,
i've got an error after i swaped the theme for this one.
i tried to run it but in the logs it shows the following:
PHP Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '|', expecting variable (T_VARIABLE) in /var/www/html/support/include/class.auth.php on line 1089
After a Short mod it seems to work but the next error is shown:
PHP Fatal error: Can't inherit abstract function TwoFactorAuthenticationBackend::send() (previously declared abstract in Staff2FABackend) in /var/www/html/support/include/class.2fa.php on line 173
PHP Version 7.0.33-47+0~20210228.54+debian9~1.gbp7f60a9
best
If you're still having trouble let me know what version you are running.
What do you mean by "a short mod"?
The second error is related to 2 Factor Authentication.
I'm getting exactly the same thing. Was working fine but then stopped a few days ago. I'm unable to access anything in OS Ticket so can't even say what version it was running because the above errors prevent me from accessing it in any way.
So I upgraded OSTicket to the latest version, which worked fine, then uploaded the latest version of OSA and bang! Same issues.
So I've had to back it out.
Something in OSA is causing these problems - I'm on CentOS7, cPanel latest version and PHP 8.0.
