Two quick checks before posting: try clearing your browser cache, and press SHIFT+O on any Staff Panel page to enter Safe Mode (a stock osTicket with no enhancements). If the problem still shows in Safe Mode, it's in osTicket itself, not osTicket Awesome. But let us know about the issue either way.

I installed a previous version of osTicketAwesome and we ended up getting a ton of duplicate tickets because end users keep hitting the button and the page is spinning.
I upgraded osTicket to v1.11. When i did I noticed that osTicket has an ajax message greying out the screen and telling the user to wait. osTicketAwesome is not useable without that ajax message.
Is there a plan to fix this?
This will be fixed in the next release (osTicket-Awesome-1.11-v1.1), which should be available by the end of April.
