Two quick checks before posting: try clearing your browser cache, and press SHIFT+O on any Staff Panel page to enter Safe Mode (a stock osTicket with no enhancements). If the problem still shows in Safe Mode, it's in osTicket itself, not osTicket Awesome. But let us know about the issue either way.

When the ticket issue/email subject is longer, the assigned is hitten behind the border of the box for each ticket. The box needs to be taller or responsive to the length
Which version are you using? Are you referring to the Staff side or the Client portal?
I tried adding a very long ticket Subject and it looks fine in the Ticket List on the Staff and Client sides, on both desktop and mobile, as well as the Ticket page itself using every combination that I can think of.
A screenshot would be very helpful because it can be difficult to reproduce an issue I haven't personally seen.
