Help us help you: include your environment details. We've made this easy for you. Use the Copy System Info button in Admin Panel › osAwesome › Diagnostics, then paste below.
Note: Never paste the contents of your ost-config.php file here; it holds your database credentials.
Two quick checks before posting: try clearing your browser cache, and press SHIFT+O on any Staff Panel page to enter Safe Mode (a stock osTicket with no enhancements). If the problem still shows in Safe Mode, it's in osTicket itself, not osTicket Awesome. But let us know about the issue either way.

Hi, we have a situation here. We have just installed osticket awesome v 1.15.2. We had already installed normal osTicket of the same version before. We follow the instructions, and everything is running smoothly, except when an agent with LDAP authentication tries to login. In that case, and only if the password is correct, Chrome shows:

And Firefox shows:

The only way to go back to the login, is clearing the cookies.
If the password is incorrect, the site works as expected. There are no problems for local users.
We have already clear the cache for both browsers including the cookies several times, and try to disable/enable, delete and reconfigure the "LDAP Authentication and Lookup" plugin, but the problem persists.
In the previous installation of normal osTicket, LDAP authentication worked as expected. Thanks.
My mistake. I had forgotten to put the system back on line.
