Two quick checks before posting: try clearing your browser cache, and press SHIFT+O on any Staff Panel page to enter Safe Mode (a stock osTicket with no enhancements). If the problem still shows in Safe Mode, it's in osTicket itself, not osTicket Awesome. But let us know about the issue either way.

I don't see that problem in either the latest osTicket demo or the latest osTicket Awesome demo.
You should try upgrading to osTicket-1.12.5-Awesome-101 to see if it fixes your problem.
Stevland, en mi ambiente de prueba actualice a 1.12.5 y por momento me sigue haciendo lo mismo y abajo a la izquierda me pone Resolviendo host....

Hopefully after clearing your cache everything will appear correctly.
Lo de borrar el cache, no resulta, es por momento que me hace ese delay. lo probe colocando la ip en lugar del nombre del server, pero ese delay lo hace igual.
Con respecto a la pantalla de opciones, la había recortado, asi es como se ve:

No, no veo ningún retraso en ninguna de las 2 demos. tiene algo que ver que haya agregado un cambo personalizado de un formulario en la vista de agente? Pero es raro porque por momento anda rapidisimo.

I don't think a custom form would cause that. But you can test this by adding a custom form in the demo.
It has something to do with your server environment. Is the server working too hard?
Do you have a regular osTicket installation for testing purposes?
