Help us help you: include your environment details. We've made this easy for you. Use the Copy System Info button in Admin Panel › osAwesome › Diagnostics, then paste below.
Note: Never paste the contents of your ost-config.php file here; it holds your database credentials.
Two quick checks before posting: try clearing your browser cache, and press SHIFT+O on any Staff Panel page to enter Safe Mode (a stock osTicket with no enhancements). If the problem still shows in Safe Mode, it's in osTicket itself, not osTicket Awesome. But let us know about the issue either way.

This is the place for general questions about how billing and licensing work — renewals, activation, staging slots, plan differences, and what happens when a license lapses.

I have added several custom form fields in our tickets. For example a customer number (number field) and a phone number.
With the osTicket v1.14.4 // osTicket-1.14.4-Awesome-101 the fields are shown, but when clicked, there's no pop-up form to edit/update them. I do not see any js errors in the console. The URL changes to the ajax request and that's all.
The browser cache is cleared. I also tried with Firefox and Edge. Same result.
Thank you.
Having the same issue on the same versions.
Have a temp fix

I can't post the code directly for some reason, the fix is in here, but it's line 1004
Thank you. Worked!
I will make a note for future releases if the problem persists.
Merry Xmas!
