Two quick checks before posting: try clearing your browser cache, and press SHIFT+O on any Staff Panel page to enter Safe Mode (a stock osTicket with no enhancements). If the problem still shows in Safe Mode, it's in osTicket itself, not osTicket Awesome. But let us know about the issue either way.

Hey there,
I applied some background coloring for recently submitted tickets, and when that coloring is applied the priority text (that is normally hidden) shows up on top. See the screenshot below:

Any idea how I can make this text disappear?

Hey checking this further, I realize that the default condition that puts in bold the ticket ID and subject when the ticket is unread doesn't work actually... it seems like the OSTA theming overwrites this style change by forcing a font-weight of 500....
