Two quick checks before posting: try clearing your browser cache, and press SHIFT+O on any Staff Panel page to enter Safe Mode (a stock osTicket with no enhancements). If the problem still shows in Safe Mode, it's in osTicket itself, not osTicket Awesome. But let us know about the issue either way.

I had to go back to version 1.10.5 because the new version 1.11 is very nice but does not attach the files if sent by the user and this is very important that it works, I never received a reply to the open ticket. In version 1.10.5 with operator only in ticket view, the ticket display does not show priority color but the column is present and the other columns are too wide so the values are not in the right columns. How can I put the values in the right columns?

Resolved.
If a user / group / team has no permission, priority and checkbox are not visible.<br />
Just assign a single permission for example "transfer" to show the priority and the checkbox.

Yikes this looks like a nasty issue. I haven't run into it myself.
I am not clear... is your screenshot from a 1.10.5 or 1.11 installation?
