Suggestion: Remove it as described on the FAQ, then customize your logo etc. in the Theme settings pages.  I think that's what you're looking for...

FYI - I've noticed the behaviour is only happening with non-HTML "Long Answer" boxes.  If I enable HTML, it seems to behave as expected.
