Two quick checks before posting: try clearing your browser cache, and press SHIFT+O on any Staff Panel page to enter Safe Mode (a stock osTicket with no enhancements). If the problem still shows in Safe Mode, it's in osTicket itself, not osTicket Awesome. But let us know about the issue either way.

This is the place for general questions about how billing and licensing work — renewals, activation, staging slots, plan differences, and what happens when a license lapses.

Is it possible to remove the "i" at the end of a custom list, that just pops a larger display of the same info? The issue isn't as bad when there is a full Ticket view, it is when we add that field to a queue. It really throws off the view. I have inspected the page, and see the icon; but I don't want to just start removing code and see what happens.
osTicket v1.15.4 // osTicket-1.15.4-Awesome-101
PHP 7.4.13 // MySQL 5.5.45 // Microsoft-IIS/10.0 web server

Ended up removing line 844 in staff-desktop.css - 'white-space: pre-wrap;' which removed the awkward block around the 'i' - which works for us. This is resolved.
