Two quick checks before posting: try clearing your browser cache, and press SHIFT+O on any Staff Panel page to enter Safe Mode (a stock osTicket with no enhancements). If the problem still shows in Safe Mode, it's in osTicket itself, not osTicket Awesome. But let us know about the issue either way.

Today, in the Awesome template, when the customer opens a ticket, next to the ticket number, it presents a sign in Green.
We wish that when the call was in the status of Waiting for Attendance, it was in Blue.
When in service status in Yellow.
When in Status Resolved in Green.
When you were in Status Delayed in Red.
And Closed, in Black.
Would this change be possible? And what value would it cost me to do so?

This is probably more work / cost than you imagine. It would not be a simple thing to code.
And right now I am very behind on many tasks, including renew releases for osTicket Awesome.
