Two quick checks before posting: try clearing your browser cache, and press SHIFT+O on any Staff Panel page to enter Safe Mode (a stock osTicket with no enhancements). If the problem still shows in Safe Mode, it's in osTicket itself, not osTicket Awesome. But let us know about the issue either way.

OSTA 1.18.1, migrated from OST 1.18.1. Subdirectory on Linux.
I am unable to select the checkbox or the name link for disabled plugin instances. I have a back up of OST from before migrating to OSTA and the link/checkbox works as expected. I've uninstalled the plugin, re-copied the plugin from your package and re-installed and it's still not working.
As this also affects the auth-ldap plugin, it's pretty critical we can get this working. Are there any other procedures I should try?
Hi Aaron,
It sounds like you are doing everything correctly. I haven't encountered this issue.
When you are on the plugins page press SHIFT + O on your keyboard to switch to vanilla osTicket. Let me know if that allows you to configure the plugins.
