Two quick checks before posting: try clearing your browser cache, and press SHIFT+O on any Staff Panel page to enter Safe Mode (a stock osTicket with no enhancements). If the problem still shows in Safe Mode, it's in osTicket itself, not osTicket Awesome. But let us know about the issue either way.

Hey All! So I am curious to see if anyone else has had this issue... I am configuring the Oauth2 plugin to communicate with Azure. I have majority of it working, I have upgraded to OSTA 1.17.2 and I am running PHP 8.1 along with Debian 11 and Apache 2. I have recently made my site secure as well via Let's Encrypt. I am at the final step on the email config screen to have it complete, and I can't figure out the correct path/URI configuration to have it work. It keeps giving me an error. I have researched to see what I can find for the config of this particular format and no luck, I am hoping for some assistance or guidance as to where I might need to look to get this done... Thank you again for all your assistance.
I can't help you as I don't have any experience using Oauth2 myself.
Hopefully someone with some insight will jump in.
If you haven't already done so, you may want to cross-post this question in the osTicket forum. There is absolutely nothing about this question that is actually osTicket Awesome specific. So you're only going to get a small fraction of the eyeballs over here that you would there. 😉
