Two quick checks before posting: try clearing your browser cache, and press SHIFT+O on any Staff Panel page to enter Safe Mode (a stock osTicket with no enhancements). If the problem still shows in Safe Mode, it's in osTicket itself, not osTicket Awesome. But let us know about the issue either way.

Hi, we have set-up our OST in german (default), englisch and france language.
We are done with all translations and have created three mail templates (one for each language).
Unfortunately OST sends out the default template (german) in each case, also when the guest client choose english or france as language.
How can we set-up the mail template related to the choosen language?
Issue remains with v1.16.2
Hi @pamconsult,
I believe this is an osTicket question, not an osTicket Awesome question.
It would be better to ask this question in the osTicket forum.
I think this may be the answer you are looking for:

Good luck!
Thanks for replying. We checked that and that reply does not seem to apply to 1.16.x releases any more, as in 1.16.x the PHAR files are already in ISO named folders. It still does not work.....
If you install a copy of regular osTicket you will have the same problem.
Do you agree with what I said?
Yes, the issue is present in "vanilla OST" as well. I was replying to your suggested fix, this no longer applies as 1.16.x already have the PHAR files in ISO named folders.
Ah, now I understand. Thank you for clarifying.
