Two quick checks before posting: try clearing your browser cache, and press SHIFT+O on any Staff Panel page to enter Safe Mode (a stock osTicket with no enhancements). If the problem still shows in Safe Mode, it's in osTicket itself, not osTicket Awesome. But let us know about the issue either way.

When clicking the dropdown option on notes from the agent side, the dropdown is hidden behind other objects.
Looks like it's a bug in the original code.. When i hit shift+o, behavior is the same. Any idea on an easy fix? I was trying to alter the css, but I couldnt get it to work properly.

Thank you for taking the time to also point out that the issue occurs in regular osTicket.
But actually, I can't reproduce it in either environment!
What browser are you using?
