Two quick checks before posting: try clearing your browser cache, and press SHIFT+O on any Staff Panel page to enter Safe Mode (a stock osTicket with no enhancements). If the problem still shows in Safe Mode, it's in osTicket itself, not osTicket Awesome. But let us know about the issue either way.

i don´t know why but the priority column is to big. Can i change it myself?

There is more than one issue here. It isn't just too wide, it also isn't using the image files that it is supposed to.
Are you still having this issue? If so, please try clearing your browser cache and let me know if that resolves the issue.
