Two quick checks before posting: try clearing your browser cache, and press SHIFT+O on any Staff Panel page to enter Safe Mode (a stock osTicket with no enhancements). If the problem still shows in Safe Mode, it's in osTicket itself, not osTicket Awesome. But let us know about the issue either way.

Ticket Queues order sorting not working (also in Staff Demo)
I am not sure what you mean. Everything seems to work as far as I can tell. Please explain.
When I'm changing ticket Queues order (drag/drop) it's not saved. In this example I set My tickets as first Queue, 2 Open, 3 Closed but after saving it's back as it was - first Open, 2 My tickets, 3 Closed.
