Two quick checks before posting: try clearing your browser cache, and press SHIFT+O on any Staff Panel page to enter Safe Mode (a stock osTicket with no enhancements). If the problem still shows in Safe Mode, it's in osTicket itself, not osTicket Awesome. But let us know about the issue either way.

Hello, Im trying to set up filters for upcoming tickets, addressee (To and Cc) equal example@mail.com is not working it should assign ticket to one person. I need to auto assign ticket to one person depend on which email ticket was received.
im using osTicket-Awesome-1.10.1-v1.3 on osTicket v1.10.1.
That's not issue with theTheme sounds like an issue with Osticket itself. Have tried the osticket forums.
