Ticket Counts Don't Add Up In All Queues

We have a number of "Open" queues where the ticket count at the bottom ("Showing X of X of about X") don't seem to be calculating right. Please see screenshots below. Any thoughts or recommendations you might be able to make would be very helpful.

I should point out that after updating to the latest version of OSTicket Awesome (to try out the new dark mode), these issues appear to have been fixed. All the ticket counts appear to be working again!
