Two quick checks before posting: try clearing your browser cache, and press SHIFT+O on any Staff Panel page to enter Safe Mode (a stock osTicket with no enhancements). If the problem still shows in Safe Mode, it's in osTicket itself, not osTicket Awesome. But let us know about the issue either way.

Well, it doesn't get much more generic than this... HTTP ERROR 500. I am also unable to find anything useful in any of the server logs.
It doesn't matter if I use Shift+O or the buttons in /osTicket/scp/theme.php#theme-info ... our "Old" version just will not load. EVERYTHING (that I have found so far) works beautifully! We are quite happy with the look & feel of osTicketAwesome. We simply cannot make the old views work.
We are moving from Spiceworks, onto osTicket, as SW is EOL 31DEC21 for those who require on-site/self-hosted deployments; in lieu of their cloud-based product. This just isn't feasible for us. This being said, SW runs on Apache, self-contained within the SW folder. I currently have osTicketAwesome running on IIS port 8080/osTicket/... I am not sure if this could be causing the old view failure, or not. Once we move this system into production, it will be on port 80, and osTicket poof. If this issue will resolve then, I have no question(s). If, however, there is another issue, then I am curious to see what it might be. Any assistance is appreciated. I have attached our system info & screenshots.

I recommend for you, create a full local backup and try turning off the plugins...
