Two quick checks before posting: try clearing your browser cache, and press SHIFT+O on any Staff Panel page to enter Safe Mode (a stock osTicket with no enhancements). If the problem still shows in Safe Mode, it's in osTicket itself, not osTicket Awesome. But let us know about the issue either way.

As you can seen on the image shown - the ticket system does just show the green images for normal priority.
It does not show images for other priorities...

Are you still having this issue? I haven't seen this before. I would need to have a look at your SCP in order to figure out what is going on. If you would like me to resolve this for you I will need you to create a temporary agent account (Admin Panel > Agents > Add New Agent) using info@osticketawesome.com.
