Two quick checks before posting: try clearing your browser cache, and press SHIFT+O on any Staff Panel page to enter Safe Mode (a stock osTicket with no enhancements). If the problem still shows in Safe Mode, it's in osTicket itself, not osTicket Awesome. But let us know about the issue either way.

Stevland, thanks for the new update. This was a great update from what I can see so far.
However, I updated to the new version today and I can change to all the themes except Soft. Whenever I preview Soft it works, but when I save Soft as a selection. It always saves as the Pink theme.
I'm sure I can force this change from the backend. Just wanted to pass it on.
