This has been enabled for all my agents and when they search it does not list any tickets from other departments or that are assigned to other agents.
Admin Panel>Agents> Agents Name> Permissions>Miscellaneous> Search — See all tickets in search results, regardless of access
It worked before update.

I have exactly the same problem!
The Seach Filter will not filter anything - i can see every ticket!
