Two quick checks before posting: try clearing your browser cache, and press SHIFT+O on any Staff Panel page to enter Safe Mode (a stock osTicket with no enhancements). If the problem still shows in Safe Mode, it's in osTicket itself, not osTicket Awesome. But let us know about the issue either way.

after upgrading to 1.17 and getting the system up and running i mentioned error while trying to change passwords for users and agents.
Window hangs while trying to change it.
Result is a Apache 500 Error:

Apparently it is an upstream issue with osTicket 1.17.1, but fixed in 1.17.2. See this:

I’m still working on a release for 1.17.2, hoping to have that ready in the next few days.
Cant even do a clean install with Awesome 1.17.1
After putting in the main data in setup.. i tried to click in install... immediatly giving me a 500 Error.
Apache Protokoll says the same 🙂
