Open new ticket ticket page not showing "ticket details" field

Good day, It seems as I can't post a question anymore or pictures are not working so I'll try for the 4 time without pictures: "Issue details" now showing on "Open a New Ticket" on OsticketAwesome but it does in regular OSticket 1.18 (and yes the fild is enabled) Thank in advance.
