Two quick checks before posting: try clearing your browser cache, and press SHIFT+O on any Staff Panel page to enter Safe Mode (a stock osTicket with no enhancements). If the problem still shows in Safe Mode, it's in osTicket itself, not osTicket Awesome. But let us know about the issue either way.

It seems as I can't post a question anymore or pictures are not working so I'll try for the 4 time without pictures:
"Issue details" now showing on "Open a New Ticket" on OsticketAwesome but it does in regular OSticket 1.18 (and yes the fild is enabled)

Sorry for the multiple post but that was the only way to add the pictures.
On an extra note, I switch to vanilla with shit+O and the fils is not present either.
