Two quick checks before posting: try clearing your browser cache, and press SHIFT+O on any Staff Panel page to enter Safe Mode (a stock osTicket with no enhancements). If the problem still shows in Safe Mode, it's in osTicket itself, not osTicket Awesome. But let us know about the issue either way.

I feel like I'm swimming upstream lately. I'm still trying to catch up to all of the changes in 1.11 and now they've released 1.12.
I'm looking forward to when things calm down and I can begin to tweak all of these little things again. It is endless though. Trust me, I could spend hundreds of hours addressing these little issues and there would still be many more. :O
No worries, take your time with these ones - as long as the functionality works we can tolerate minor visual bugs.

osTicket keeps me on my toes. It is a dark labyrinth with many secrets.
BTW most of these will be addressed in the new release. I couldn't figure out how to get the Show Images button to display on my end, however. And likewise I do not have an All navigation link. So unfortunately I cannot fix those two items.
