Hello,

We have this issue: we don't see any icons inside the Subject column.

We have installed two ostickets on the same server, here the details, but we have access via different protocols:

TESTING (with http protocol)
osTicket v1.15.3.1 // osTicket-1.15.3.1-Awesome-101
PHP 7.3.12 // MySQL 10.4.10 // Apache/2.4.41 (Unix) OpenSSL/1.1.1d PHP/7.3.12 mod_perl/2.0.8-dev Perl/v5.16.3 web server

PRODUCTION (with https protocol)
osTicket v1.15.3.1 // osTicket-1.15.3.1-Awesome-101
PHP 7.3.12 // MySQL 10.4.10 // Apache/2.4.41 (Unix) OpenSSL/1.1.1d PHP/7.3.12 mod_perl/2.0.8-dev Perl/v5.16.3 web server

The strange thing is that only in the Testing environment every icon is visible and the only difference seems to be the protocol http versus https.

Here what we don't see in production:

issue in prod env

and what we see in testing environment (with HTTP):

testing ok

We haven't used custom css.

Please let us know, thank you

I solved! The problem is that "Annotations" doesn't appear. In old version it appears.
