Two quick checks before posting: try clearing your browser cache, and press SHIFT+O on any Staff Panel page to enter Safe Mode (a stock osTicket with no enhancements). If the problem still shows in Safe Mode, it's in osTicket itself, not osTicket Awesome. But let us know about the issue either way.

when users try to open tickets they get this error:

how can i fix it?
also when I search for customers on ldap, the system finds them, but it doesn't populate the fields and looking from browser console I see it gives error "404 user not found", even though the users are present and I can enter them as operators safely
can you help me?
