Note: Never paste the contents of your ost-config.php file here; it holds your database credentials.
Two quick checks before posting: try clearing your browser cache, and press SHIFT+O on any Staff Panel page to enter Safe Mode (a stock osTicket with no enhancements). If the problem still shows in Safe Mode, it's in osTicket itself, not osTicket Awesome. But let us know about the issue either way.

I recently installed osTicket Awesome over our osTicket installation.
We have the ldap authentication and http passthrough authentication which was working before the osTicket Awesome installation, but is now showing a sign-in error.
Now our users are getting the following message to sign in every time they navigate to a new page. The weird thing is, HTTP Passthrough authentication is still working, so they are logging in correctly. This message can be canceled and the users can access the page.

This message does not seem to display for any users that are system Administrators however.
Has anyone seen this before? Am I missing a setup step?
Well, it didn't have anything to do with HTTP Passthrough.
We had to grant access to the osta/uploads/ folder for viewing the custom Logo image we uploaded.
