Two quick checks before posting: try clearing your browser cache, and press SHIFT+O on any Staff Panel page to enter Safe Mode (a stock osTicket with no enhancements). If the problem still shows in Safe Mode, it's in osTicket itself, not osTicket Awesome. But let us know about the issue either way.

This is a really good theme and it is set up just how I want it.
The only issue is when I try to access the agent login screen via my app on the iPhone I can only see part of the screen. It work fine for users, crate an account and create a ticket. and the view is perfect when access the agent login from my phone from a standard link.
The bug isn't stopping agents from working. It would be nice to fix it if we can
Also I am going to remove the footers. where can I find the folder setup/install?
