Two quick checks before posting: try clearing your browser cache, and press SHIFT+O on any Staff Panel page to enter Safe Mode (a stock osTicket with no enhancements). If the problem still shows in Safe Mode, it's in osTicket itself, not osTicket Awesome. But let us know about the issue either way.

Since I updated form 1.18.2 to 1.18.3 (rev4), the ticket list is no longer in dark mode.
I tried in a IN PRIVATE session, disabling/enabling dark mode.
osTicket v1.18.3 // osTicket-1.18.3-Awesome-104

Thank you for raising this issue.
I will fix it right away.
But for you I have prepared this hotfix with two files. Just drop them in the appropriate locations (once you look in the zip it will be self-explanatory) and you'll be enjoying full Dark Mode again.
