If osTicket Awesome doesn’t look right after an upgrade, your browser may be serving cached CSS and JavaScript from the previous version. Clearing your cache forces a fresh load.
Keyboard shortcut: In most browsers, Ctrl + Shift + R (Windows/Linux) or ⌘ + Shift + R (Mac) performs a hard refresh that bypasses the cache. Try this first.

Still not working? If you’re still seeing old styles after clearing your cache, try opening osTicket Awesome in a private/incognito window. If it looks correct there, your regular browser session has a stubborn cache entry. Fully closing and reopening the browser usually resolves it.
