Two quick checks before posting: try clearing your browser cache, and press SHIFT+O on any Staff Panel page to enter Safe Mode (a stock osTicket with no enhancements). If the problem still shows in Safe Mode, it's in osTicket itself, not osTicket Awesome. But let us know about the issue either way.

I installed latest version of osticket awesome, it works fine except for theme tabs, it won't open at all
I already cleared cashe and browing history, I open it also in invoginto tab, nothing show yet.
As you can see image all tabs of theme doesn't work, help pls
I had this issue as well... just load themes and when it gives you the blank screen, HIT REFRESH.... works for me every time
