Hello,
We've been using OSTicket for a while now, just barely installed OSTicketAwesome.
Is there a way that you know of to change the text editor in use so that it doesn't strip out code? Ex, if we post the less than sign in an internal note or reply, it'll get nuked in the ticket body. Right now we just add an attachment, but that is annoying.
