Two quick checks before posting: try clearing your browser cache, and press SHIFT+O on any Staff Panel page to enter Safe Mode (a stock osTicket with no enhancements). If the problem still shows in Safe Mode, it's in osTicket itself, not osTicket Awesome. But let us know about the issue either way.

I purchased this product specifically to use mobile devices to work tickets. It functions beautifully, except when viewed from a mobile device. There are a couple things I've noticed so far. FIrst, the logo when in portrait view is missing and when in landscape it's lower than it should be, overlapping some menu choices. Second, When creating a ticket, most of the menu drop downs are truncated, like "Phone" only shows "Ph" It's REALLY bad for the Location selection menu. When you flip it to landscape all these fields are the correct size. I'm using 1.17.5 and this is a fresh install of osticket. Are there solutions to these problems?
Does anyone monitor these forums or am I late to the party?
