Hi togehter,
we use OSTicketAwesome Verison 1.17.2 with Apache Webserver and we faced the problem that
when we (staff member) reply with Logfiles that has brackets < > the message will truncated!
This is very annoying because we have to send logfiles snippets very often. I know this is for security reasons
but when we staff member answer when it should be disabled. How can we do this?
